Global Youth Partners - Egypt presented a Training of trainers on the tailored manual of CEDAW . GYP Egypt is working with United Nations Development Fund For Women ( UNIFEM ) on raising awareness about women rights by using the tailored CEDAW Manual in different governorates.
The training was held in the Leadership Management Development Center in Cairo where CEDAW Core Team presented the training to EFPA Youth. The Objectives of GYP Egypt CEDAW are to tailor the CEDAW Manual to be used by the targeted age group (18-24 years old) and to increase young activists awareness about women rights through training them on CEDAW Tailored manual. The Project targets EFPA Youth volunteers in the seven selected governorates (Dakhlia, Menofya, Ismailia, Kalubeya, Behera, Suez and Fayoum ) aged from 18-24 years old and Students, youth centers members, Staff members of the schools and youth centers in the seven selected governorates.         |
